wim63 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or where required by PAGCOR regulatory directives or Philippine law enforcement orders.
Upon termination for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the player's account may be forfeited if directly attributable to the prohibited activity. Where termination is initiated by wim63 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus credits) shall be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting wim63 support. Pending bonuses and wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of wim63 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
